Großglockner

The Großglockner is with 3798 meters the biggest mountain in Austria and a very popular tourist attraction. Guess I fell for that one. But it was more than worth it. Being a Dutchie, I don't see mountains every day. The biggest hill in the Netherlands is 322,4 meters high so you can imagine how impressed I was with the Großglockner. We were determined to go as high as we could until our car gave out and we had to turn around. Fortunately, we rested at a small parking spot which gave me the chance to take some pictures. I loved the view and I wish we could have stayed there just a little longer but it was freezing so I was sort of happy to be back in the car as well.
